make it available "swipe url bar to switch between tabs" feature even in default homepage

currently "swipe url bar to switch between tab" feature only works on if you are in a any arbitrary page except the homepage(Firefox default homepage),my feature request is it would be very convenient if that feature also able to use in the default homepage. Thanks
