Make History sidebar dismissable with Esc

So when I type Ctrl+H to open the History sidebar, it focuses on the "Search History" field. One thing I liked about the old History sidebar is that I could close it by pressing the Escape key. Now, I have to click on the X in the corner to close it. I think the user experience could be improved by having Escape close the History sidebar, and other sidebars of this nature like "Tabs from other devices", "Bookmarks", and even the AI sidebar.
