Make Default Paste Configurable - either With or Without Formatting

I suggest that a lot of users prefer removing source formatting when pasting formatted text.

I assume that a lot of users like to keep the formatting, since that's the default.

I propose making everyone happy by making the default user-configurable, and putting the other option in the context menu.

It would sure make me happy. My Paste routine now is (1) Ctrl-V; (2) #$**%&; (3) Ctrl-Z and (4) right-click and Paste without formatting. Some day I'll learn - but it shouldn't be necessary.
