Make bookmarks permanently appear at the top

Hello team, my idea is to display the bookmarks permanently at the top of the Firefox desktop version, as soon as I visit a website they disappear (see screenshot)

Firefox already supports this. You probably have the "Bookmarks Toolbar" configured to only show on the new tab page. Right click the toolbar, select "Bookmarks Toolbar" and switch to "Always Show".
