Local import/export of users profiles settings

Hello everyone

in my humble opinion it would be nice if we can export user setting so we can import it for different profile or even share it with family member so they can all use same setting and parents do not have to run all of the setting for each device/user account

and the sync would not be possible as it would require to have to chain one for personal use and another to share settings only and also sometime we share those settings with friends so we do not need to sync anything

also it would be helpful if the import can be run by command so if someone run script to config his/her device it be easy to just add these command to the script
