List tabs playing audio

I have loads of windows and tabs open, one of them is playing audio, and I can't find it.

Add a menu like "(1) Tabs playing audio" that will list any tabs playing audio right now, so I can switch to them.

This tends to happen to me because I use picture in picture and then maybe close the video window, it returns to the tab it was on.

Thanks it's definitely a good proof of concept, it needs some thinking around the UX (I haven't done that so don't have answers here right now).
