Limit Go Back History - Improve Browser Performance
I wish there could be a way to limit Go Back History.
In my case, I have 10+ pinned tabs which I use on a regular basis. Each tab you open stores GoBack history in the memory. On average I visit 30-50 pages per tab and the GoBack history is maintained in the memory which is definitely not something I would ever use.
What this means is 300 to 500 pages cache is stacked up in the memory. Which of course is an unnecessary burden to a computer memory resources, affecting down the computer and browser performance too.
Solution: Limit goback history to 5 pages per tab. Or give the user the option to control how many pages he wishes to keep the goBack history of. After the limit is set, browsers should auto discard cache of previously loaded pages when the limit is hit.
