Library window resize

Please reimplement the ability to resize the Library window! The current version which appeared this week is too large!

Please re-implement the ability to resize the Library window, which is too tall;  Also, please re-implement the ability to move the Library window up and down. Without either, it is not possible to access the top bar with links to maximize size or close the Library window.
