Let users resize the toolbar with the mouse on "Customize Toolbar" .

After all this fight about what size the toolbar should be, I thought of a feature that let the user decide their own preference by moving the toolbar with the mouse, up or down, with Icons and tabs adapting to the size chosen. Like when we resize a window and the mouse turns into the resize icon. This eliminates the problems for the users that are unsatisfied with the default densities. Every user can choose what size fits for their taste, pixel by pixel.

The top bar (site bar) is takes too much space

Especially on devices with smaller screen like laptops and in window mode. It would be nice if we could regulate the size of it, even a few pixels could make the difference.
