If the "Bookmarks Toolbar" is toggled on, it is being toggled off when switched to full-screen. This behavior is disabling the user from utilizing the bookmarks from the "Bookmarks Toolbar" when a mouse is used to unhide the hidden containers in the full-screen mode. Please, do not toggle it off. But, instead just hide it as the other containers like the "Address Bar" or the "Tabs Bar".
