Keep ESR 115 until March 2027 but with slight modern UI refresh - No AI

[Kellian8977]

Hello Mozilla team, thank you for extending Firefox ESR 115 support for Windows 7 until March 2027!

Since you are keeping security updates, could you please consider a slight modern UI refresh for ESR 115?

Not a new engine, just:
Rounded tabs and modern address bar via CSS
Keep it without any AI features
Keep telemetry optional

This would be very light work but would make ESR 115 feel modern until 2027 for users who cannot upgrade from Windows 7.

Thank you!
