Make website dark mode setting on iOS follow system preference

[veso]

Currently, I can set the browser appearance to follow the system setting but the toggle to enable dark mode on websites is only available manually via settings.

To make this setting more useful, please add the auto mode so that both browser appearance and website appearance can be automatic.
