Integrate with apport-bug pls

apport-bug (also know as ubuntu-bug) is convenient tool to make bug report. And developers should prefer this way for bug reporting because... Usually users forget to say something important about system, or send wrong information, or information about environment is not full. Also different people write info in different manner... 

apport-bug utility collect exactly what developers want to know about environment! My feature request: please make integration with apport-bug. And remember that apport-bug can works not with bugs.launchpad.net only but with github also (you can test how it works using `apport-bug audacity`, image). I think apport-bug should also have ability to work with bugzilla.mozilla.org
