Thunderbird spell check - ignore ALL CAPS, ignore words with numbers, ignore internet addresses

I've used (many) spell checkers. A set of options I find useful are:

1. Ignore words in ALL CAPS. (These are oftern acronyms or the like)

2. Ignore words containing numbers. (These are often codes or other text that can't really be spell checked).

3. Ignore internet addresses. (These are often marked as misspellings, and there's too many to be in as exceptions).
