Improve the homepage.

Status: New idea

The homepage can be improved. There should be customizable pinned shortcut which should not change depending upon the browsings, they must stay fixed and the browsing history should not be added to the shortcuts.

Why do you not offer wallpaper for the "start" or homepage?  This is insane.  It's OLD technology.  Either allow users to upload their own JPEG or PNG file or AT LEAST offer a few "safe" picture files for wallpaper.  Come on.
