If a mail folder is dragged, I want to show a confirmation dialog before moving.

Currently, if a mail folder is inadvertently dragged, a dialog appears regarding changing filters, but the folder move itself cannot be canceled.
I would like a dialog to confirm the folder move, and if “canceled”, the folder will not be moved.
