Identify main window(s) to open it/them back on launch

When using the option to keep tabs on launch, it is often a problem when using several windows : I close my window with all my tabs first and then the second one and Firefox opens back the second one (And I don't want that).

It would great to have a tick or whatever on each window to set them as main window(s).

That way, my "main" window with all my tabs would be open back on launch even if I close it first.
