I would love to use firefox as my main browser, but as someone that extensively uses icloud keychain to store his passwords, I cannot switch to firefox from Google chrome, as only google chrome and Edge support the icloud keychain extension on windows.

Another vote here. I love Firefox, but can't easily use it as my primary browser without proper iCloud Passwords integration.

I would like to add my vote. I love FF and will keep using it despite this, but it would make it so much easier and more secure to not have to rely on LastPass

According to sources it's actually happening soon! Apple is working on it.

Just moved my browsing life to Firefox, only to discover that iCloud Passwords doesn't work :-s. This is a major drag on my browsing. Please fix asap.

I've always preferred Firefox, but I don't use it currently because all my passwords are in keychain and I don't have this extension. I'd prefer not to rely on exporting the passwords to Firefox for several reasons, the primary one being that they won't sync with all my devices if I change them. That's not even considering the added benefit of being able to auto-fill verification codes right in the browser if you've got Apple Passwords set up as your authenticator app, which I do. So adding my vote for an iCloud passwords extension.
