I need a Drop-like feature similar to Edge, because Edge is about to discontinue the Drop service.

The drop feature in the Edge browser lets me send text, pictures, files, and other stuff between different devices. I really need this feature, but Edge is planning to stop offering it. I hope Mozilla can take this opportunity to provide a similar service, so they can gain some users too.

If you sign in to a Mozilla account, can you not already send tabs between devices (and view open tabs across devices) already? -or is this not the functionality you were after?

@AJMJ This isn't the feature I wanted. What I need is to send text, photos, files, and so on between different devices. For example, if I write an article or take a screenshot on my computer and need to transfer it to my phone, I need the drop feature. As long as I log into the same account on different devices, I can get the same text, photos, files, etc., similar to a cloud drive. Edge's drop feature meets my needs, but they decided to stop providing the service.

This is a very convenient and useful feature. I kept using MS Edge only because of two unique features - drop and connections. The latter one is eliminated since Edge v149, and the former (Drop) is being retired, soon to be eliminated. The browser which picks these two features will have my support, and I won’t need Edge any more.
