Homepage Shortcuts: Return the option to side-scroll

Firefox Nightly recently changed the behavior of overflowing Shortcuts, from side-scrolling, to a "Show all"-button.

This is slower to navigate, and more confusing with the transition to 3 columns.

Pls fix this.
