hi, I am 65 and I often find it hard to distinguish the text the drop down bookmark lists and the background content. so I go out of the box and accidentally click the text outside the list box. It is especially bad if the the bookmarks have bookmarks are say 3 layers deep.

I see that the the bookmark highlight is now purple which is good but what would make it better is either:

a) Have a say light blue background on the primary bookmark list, another may be darker shade of blue for the each subsequent sub-bookmark. This way the bookmark list would be more distinguishable from the rest of the background.
b) make the background page content greyed out and not responsive to clicks. that is does not close the list if you anciently click outside the box. to close the bookmark box you either click the original bookmark on the bookmark menu bar at the top or click another bookmark if you are searching for the websites on the bookmark menu bar at the top.

This takes the same number of clicks as normal to either search your bookmarks or to select the right one because now it would be clearer and cleaner looking bookmark drop down list

This I think would be beneficial to all users and
