Hide toolbar option in hamburger menu

Sometimes the toolbar’s just taking up too much space, and needs to be hidden. So a “Hide Toolbar” option should be added to the hamburger menu, which collapses the toolbar and address bar until it’s tapped on, similar to how Safari on iOS does it.

Also another change to hamburger menu: Move the “New Tab” option to the very top of the menu, (or bottom of the menu, if using toolbar on the bottom), so you don’t have to scroll through a menu just to open a new tab.

I disagree. I don't like having to do an extra action, tapping, just to see the toolbar. I want the toolbar to always be visible.
