GDPR confirmation for large Cc sendings

In GPDR countries, sending an email with many Cc recipients could lead to a fine 'cause it's a personal data (email address) disclosure.

When your about to send an email to a large number of Cc recipients maybe could be a good idea to ask for confirmation "watch out, you are about to send this email to 500 people, each will see the other's address, for some regulations such as the GDPR this is a violation"

Could also be a feature for large amounts of recipients in TO/CC /BCC in general.
