Firefox should provide feedback on network problems that cause user pain

If Firefox is constantly waiting for DNS resolution, but actual page loads are fast, it would be lovely if Firefox could highlight this somewhere as "here's some information about where your pain is coming from".

A lot of this sort of information can be derived from the information already collected by the Firefox Profiler.
