Feature Request for autoExportHTML: localized CSS

Ever since FF/Mozilla/SeaMonkey did away HTML versions of bookmarks, I have always kept autoExportHTML set to true in my user.js file.  (Yeah Im showing my age).  I love using the HTML version of bookmarks, but it's so ... flat.  Id like be able reference a CSS file, local to the profile, and right now I have a script to edit the latest version of bookmarks.html to bypass the Content-Security-Policy meta tag and inject a <link href> to bookmarks.css.  Could an exception be made to allow a localized CSS file?
