Expose commands like "Next tab" and "Previous tab" as menu commands in macOS

As a macOS user, I love macOS's ability to let the user set custom keyboard shortcuts through the OS preferences:

I am aware that Firefox has default shortcuts for "Next/Previous tab", but they are too clunky for me to use, especially if I am using my laptop's keyboard.

Other browsers already do this on macOS:

Safari has a menu command "Window > Show Next Tab"

Chrome has a menu command "Tab > Select Next Tab"

I'd love if Firefox could do the same, so I can use more ergonomic keyboard shortcut for such a often used commands!
