Expand Picture-in-Picture to Tab as a feature

Basically the idea is to be able to create a tab that solely displays the PiP content, in case we do not want a floating window, nor the constraints of a site's media player (like the dreaded Twitter) limiting the video size, nor the obstructive UI (Youtube's major problem) interfering.

This is a good idea.

Another option could also to add a Media player to Firefox, which would allow you to change to Firefox's media player with its own media controls.
