Enable Thunderbird basic theme changes

I have looked at the >200 themes for Thunderbird but either too vibrant or too dark.

I just want to be able to increase the font size and bold the Menu items. I can't seem a way to do this natively and the theme I do like doesn't do these changes.

Anyone have a suggestion?

I completely agree with this.

Firefox Color exists and should be adapted. 

I shouldn't have to be a neckbeard to change a dang font size or color. its like 1987 bs.

I'm not going to tell my 75 yr old mom to learn how to modify css sheets to do simple theming changes....its ridiculous and I hate it.
