The internet is pretty commonly hierarchical, so it would be nice to make a bookmark folder itself as a bookmark. Then you can add bookmarks under that folder that might be to commonly visited sections of the bookmarked site. A click or some intentional interaction with the folder takes you to the of the link attached to that folder. Common example is a "table of contents".

Minimal example: documentation websites. I very often visit linux documentation and man pages as websites, for example the systemd-networkd documentation at freedesktop. I usually want to go to either the .network or .netdev section, so having direct links under a folder for these two makes sense, and then having the folder itself be a bookmark to the systemd-networkd overview page is useful for any other pages I might need only occasionally.

This is obviously achievable with a folder and an extra bookmark, so it's just a nice-to-have idea.
