email attachments - modify Thunderbird for Windows 11 so that attachments can be moved between messages again

Hello,
I would like to ask if you will modify Thunderbird for Windows 11 so that attachments can be moved between messages again, as was possible in Windows 10. I really miss this feature! Every attachment must first be saved and then added to a new message.

I've not heard of being able to do that. Can you describe step-by-step the procedure that doesn't work any more?
