It would be good if bookmarks could be edited/deleted from the search result (in the bookmarks section). Currently I have to find the bookmark, open it and then edit/delete it using the star icon.
If you search a bookmark without browsing among all bookmarks, folder by folder, the three points to the right are not shown, so you cannot edit it.
I propose to show those three points also when you write partially the name of the web in the cases they are flagged with the blue star in the left. The same when you use the magnifier in bookmarks.
It's incredibly annoying that this isn't a feature - I have easily over a hundred bookmarks, so removing a specific one is a pain! It's especially bad when an old bookmark has its page deprecated and reroutes to an error page - since it's no longer the same page as the bookmark, you don't get the usual workaround option to remove the bookmark whilst you're on the page.
Enable deletion/edit of bookmarks after using search function in bookmarks on mobile
Exactly like the title says.
The issue: I have many bookmarks and sometimes the site I bookmarked doesn't exist anymore/it redirects to another page so if I want to remove the bookmark I have to scroll through the entire long list in the folder and then delete it because the original link doesn't exist and I can't just open and unbookmark from the 'original page'.
You would think you could just use the search fuction in bookmarks and then see the one you want to delete and press hold to delete or edit/press the three vertical dots for options but it doesn't even exist.
Currently, the only way to remove or edit a bookmark on Firefox Android is to manually browse through the bookmarks menu. This is a very tedious process, especially for users who have a lot of bookmarks and folders. I recommend adding the 3 dots menu next to each bookmark when searching for bookmarks so users can edit or remove the bookmarks they search for.
