Display window Fullscreen (F11)

Panel suddenly collapses when Full-screen window Mode is enabled.

Even cursor moves top of window accidentally there should be cross button animation which will not disturb user while working in Full-screen window mode, Because it irritate ‌💢‌ while working

Yes! It is indeed super irritating. The browser UI should appear slowly and the page the user is browser must keep static in fullscreen. The UI should appear like it is above the page.
