Display Alt Text Above Cursor

Alt text is key for accessibility and on mouse hover over images with it, it functions like a tooltip. However, those who use alt text are also those who would use a large mouse cursor which obscures the alt text popup. If the alt text popup on mouse hover rendered above the mouse cursor, this problem would be solved.
