Changing the colour of hyperlinks

If this is already a feature then sorry, but I must have missed it.

My issue: Hyperlinks are a pale colour which (to my eyes) are difficult to see clearly on a white/pale background. Could you add a way, accessible from somewhere in tools or settings, for the user to change the default hyperlink colour?

I believe older versions of Thunderbird had this feature, but it seems to have gone now.
