Similar to desktop version, maybe you can hold down the options, and then rearrange them? (like the app icons on the mobile home screen)
For example, I could move the home icon into the 3 dot menu, and replace it with 'Add to shortcuts'. It would be also nice if I could move the tabs and 3 dot menu icon. (If the 3 dot menu is hidden, it can be accessed by swiping from the right of the screen or by holding blank space down on the site,for example)
