"Customize homepage" button is useful for introducing the feature to edit Homepage. But, after the Homepage is fully edited, the button becomes unnecessary.
Idea: Add option to disable the "Customize homepage" button.
I love Firefox, just switched from Chrome and best decision I have made in a long time. I am starting to migrate everything in my digital life away from Google as well. The only thing I would like to see changed is the option to remove the big button on the homescreen of the iOS Firefox browser. It would look so clean to just have the Firefox logo next to the text โFirefox Browserโ on the homescreen! Thanks for your time whoever ends up reading this!
Please allow us to dismiss this - or at least put the offer to "customize homepage" out of the way somewhere, maybe as a Settings or a menu item?
That open space front and center should be available for us to enter the search topic, not used as a perpetual invitation to customize an already-customized page. (It's annoying...)
Pls let us remove the customise homepage button on IOS it doesnโt even exist on Android and Iโm finding it aesthetically painful and I canโt sleep at night. Youโre a cool company tho moz://a and Iโd be interested in knowing if thereโs any reason why this couldnโt be done.
Justine, a Firefox Product Manager, just kicked off a discussion here on Mozilla Connect asking for feedback to improve the Firefox Mobile homepage. And you're all invited - check it out and add your thoughts via this link: Firefox Mobile Users: Share Your Thoughts on the Mobile Homepage! ๐ฑ
It's a great opportunity to share ideas and communicate directly with the team working on this feature.
