Cursor Like Agentic AI Based On the Fly Redesign of Websites

I want to be able to redesign websites I navigate with an agent chatbox similar to cursor and have those changes permanently apply as a layer on top of the regular website when I navigate to it.

For example:

• Make a code based rule that for a host with pages like X, update the background / texts from light mode to custom dark mode. 
• A website spams notifications because it's notification system is broken. I want to deduplicate notification UI elements I see at the top of a page.
• A submit button isn't working. The URL is present in the code, but a minor bug is preventing me from doing what it's supposed to. I want to patch it so I can keep using the website as normal, while notifying them of their poor QA.
