Create bookmark via only parallel dragging process

When you are dragging a grabbed address trying to store it in specific bookmark folder, you have to drag it parallel to the already open folder description. If not - everything will be closed and you have to start the process again.

When you select the already existing bookmark, the open folder procedure doesn't force you to use such restricted angle and after opening folder allows you to move freely to the next one.

It hasn't been changed for years. I use Linux Mozilla Firefox.
