Control cookies in the search bar

An easier manage of cookies likely notifications in the search bar. We could allow or deny with just one click.

Now the management of cookies is really hidden. the process actually is:

1. Click on information of the site

2. Secure Conection

3. more information

4. Permissions

5 go to the section of cookies

Firefox has a great concern about privacity  and the cookies are a big part of that.  I dont know why this section has no more dedication.
