Consider moving the vertical tabs sub settings to the main settings page

I'm a UX designer. I have set up my ff for pc in the most optimum way, usability wise. Very good looking too:D -Please check the ss attached. Just one pain point-sub setting for vertical tabs is added along with history, bookm and chatgpt icons in the control tab under the vertical tabs. I need to resize the width of the vert tabs even smaller, only keeping 3 icons. I don't wanna turn off bookmarks, so I'm forced to keep the sub setting. please put it last in the general settings page since this sub setting for vert tabs is rarely used. Checking the heatmap would confirm my point
