allow for improved more efficient creation of target folders in the "create filters from messages" process

"Create Filters From Messages" can be somewhat time consuming, but is very important to some of us.

I suggest in order to cut down on this time consumption that we make it easier to create the new folders that the create filters process often requires.  I can think of two ways:
- have a new option of "Create Filters From Messages Including Automated New Target Folder Creation"
or (more time consuming, but still somewhat of an improvement):
- allow for creating new target folders from within the existing Create Filters From Messages screen. 

Both of these would help the user having to go through the process of creating new folders in advance of creating new filters.

Hi, 

So, going by the helpful links to past suggestions and ideas (thank you for digging them up), we can see that folks have been suggesting this, or something like it, for 20 years or more.  Perhaps Thunderbird Team will implement something along these lines going forward.

In my own words, there are non-ideal issues that take place as one tries to go through hundreds of emails and set up filters.  These include that if you haven't already set up a target folder in advance, then there is an issue once you get into the filter setup process and you have to rethink what you're doing.  I haven't gone back to try to reproduce this as part of writing this message out, but if you have ideas submitted by others, then I'm thinking the team can distill these ideas down to their essentials and perhaps make an enhancement.
