comments on emails

I'd like to add a comment to an email, when there's an appointment or debt to pay. Much like sticky posts, so I won't need to re-read mails all the time.

I would also like to add comments to emails.  These could be stored with the email in the mbox file or in a separate database, but they should move with the email if it is moved or copied into a new folder
