Choose which extensions we want to see in the Extensions Button

The Extensions Button is really good and acts similar to the Overflow Menu which is why I like it.

The problem I have with it are the extensions that work in the background, you can't click on them, they are greyed out, so there's no point having them displayed in the drop-down. They're basically clutter. If I want to manage them I can simply do that on the Extensions Page.

So I want the option to choose the extensions I want to see in the Extensions Button.

I do like them being listed there, but it would be nice if you could toggle whether the greyed out ones show up in the extensions drop-down
