Choose folder to save outgoing mail

My default for outgoing mail is not to save a copy or bcc: myself. 

I selectively use Options/Send a Copy and then step through my folder structure to save a copy of an outgoing email.

It would be great to have the same function, even the same "most recent" folders as the File option does for incoming email.
