Camera Icon

Is there a possibility that we can have a "Camera Icon" next to "Open application menu" so that it can request permission to open our PC camera when we prefer using Mozilla FireFox when we are registering a store item purchase and the owner's guide shows a barcode to scan to register the product. I know I can do it using Firefox on my phone but I prefer using my laptop computer To be able to register it?
