Calendar monthly view: connect lines of multi day events

Right now, multi day calendar entries show up per day. This results in the context of a full calendar with many events, in a cluttered view since multi day events are hopping up and down from day to day with repetitive text.

If the calendar events would be connected and the text would be shown just once per line, it would be much cleaner.

I know it from other web implementations (for example vuetify calendar component)

I think both strategies have ups and downs, but in my opinion, my suggestion would make the monthly calendar much more readable.
