New idea
when I click the 'star' icon to bookmark something, firefox opens and edit bookmark thing, and they tries to guess which folder to put the bookmark. next open the 'location' selector one of the options is 'choose'.
Ideally when I bookmark something, I always want Firefox to just go straight to 'choose'.
