Bigger shortcut toolbar please

I use bookmark toolbar a great deal, but the amount of shortcuts i have overflows the space available

How about a option to overflow extra bookmarks onto a 2nd row, that would be awesome for my needs

The way this should work is it would be possible for the user to grab the bottom of the toolbar and stretch it down, so as to add a second (or third, etc.) line. Would be VERY useful for a LOT of users, especially those of us who put folders in there for hierarchical bookmarks.
