Autoplay or 'stop media' option in the Tab context menu

I have 'Autoplay' set to 'block audio & video' in the permission settings.  Sometimes (after playing media) I find media continuing to play in other tabs and would like a quick way to stop it.  At those times, I find myself intuitively looking in the (right-click) context menu of the tab for an option to 'stop all media in this tab'.  I feel like it should be alongside (or replace?) the 'mute tab' option.
