Automatically show-expand/hide-collapse on mouseover for all drop-down menus

Automatically show-expand/hide-collapse on mouseover for all drop-down menus, including vertical tabs.

For example, vertical tabs, will only display the default icon, and when you hover over them, it expands and displays the text.

The same goes for all other drop-down menus, such as the list of all tabs, the "show sidebar" button, and others.
